This piece incorporates many pieces of reclaimed wood including a mystery wood base that someone told me might be lingum vitae, and the bird is made from a big chonk of mahogany. Feathers include walnut, maple, wenge, padauk, zebrawood, ebony, and a wenge beak. The eyes have rubber balls in the center.

It measures 12.5 inches high, 7 inches wide and a little over 4 inches deep.
